Area Around Base: Settled somewhere in Antarctica. The base's entrance is simply an automatic door built into he ground. The door has a cloaking device covering it.
Inside the Base: The entrance to the base is a slanted hallway leading down into the meeting room where a long table sits with a specific chair for Tentei and the general of the base. A big screen shows what the cameras are seeing outside. Rooms are located all over the base for the members. The temperature is under control to keep members alive.
