Rules are an important part in a community and we've been going for a while with out having any. So i took the rules Suroha set out and tweeked them a bit.
1. All Gaia ToS rules apply in this guild. 2. This is guild is for faithful followers of the Overseer, so please keep your skin equipped. Removing of it will cause you to be banned. 3. Please refrain from making threads that will spark an argument with other guild mates. If you really want to post something, but are afraid it might cause an argument PM a Crew member and ask them if it's okay. 4. RPing is allowed; this is supposed to be a fun guild. Just remember to keep it PG-13 and it must follow Gaia ToS rules. 5. A Crew members word is law, please respect their decision even if you don't agree with it. 6. Please be respectful to all guild mates, what good is an order to our Overseer if we don't get along with each other? 7. Please try to remain active, inactivity longer than a six months is grounds for a ban.
I also want to get an idea from everyone on what we want our sub-forums to be. I'll come up with more, but here are a few, not in any specific order:
-Play Time (an RP & Word Games Forum) -Restricted Access! (Crew only for meetings and deciding super important stuff) -Contests! (it's obvious wink ) -Mini Shops (I noticed there are a lot of artistic people around here. And i like having arts.) -I'll be back. (For people are are leaving for a bit and would like to let us know. This is not required, as many times people don't know they're going to be gone for a while.)
So please comment on the rules, but mostly on the sub-forums. Tell us what you think and give some suggestions if you have any!

i like the sub-forum idea. plus, the section ideas are great too. on a side-note, i think that the 6 mo. hiatus is a nice compromise. good job.

Ice the Cold Six months? That's a bit much... Also, people who aren't BOO-skins aren't allowed in the guild, that's more or less been decided. (Poll in Captains' returning thread)
The BOO-skin policy is the second rule. And i think 6 months is a good compromise, considering a lot of people were worried about being banned for inactivity. I think after six months if not posting, those people by that time will have either taken the skin off or have forgotten about this place.
@starbubbles - No problem. I knew some of you guys were worried about that.

I think I like the idea of the Play Time sub-forum. So far it's great!

Question tho... is it hurting us keeping the inactive members in the guild? Is that really a problem? I know a lot of BOO skins are mules, and they might not really remember it for a while. Is it a really a problem to let them stay in the guild?
The number of eligible users isn't growing....
