Sylvia Browne has gained quite a following over the years. She claims to be a psychic yet besides writing books she has not taken the James Randi challenge which is a challenge that awards a million dollars to anyone who can show, under observing conditions, that they have any sort of supernatural, paranormal or occult power.
She has claimed to exhibit psychic activity since she was 3 years old. She said that her grandmother was a healer. She diagnoses health problems and communicates with the dead.

I've got one of her books, and I read through it.. Some of it seemed plausible to me, but then she started talking about how there is no evil in the world and how people just make it up... But that doesn't sit well with me... They're been times where it was "a knowing" (I really don't know how to explain it) to me that someone/something/someplace was evil and needed to be avoided. From what I've read, she tends to make that point in a lot of her work, so I don't really care to try reading more...

I read one of her books too. She writes a lot of gibberish and I don't know how she comes up with it. Some of her stories are interesting but to me that is all it is is a story. She had something about solving the case of the Black Dahlia and knowing the truth about Marilyn Monroe's death and I'm like anyone can make up anything and make it sound plausible.

At first, I thought maybe she was good. But as the years go on. I find that she is just a fake. People have gone on that show knowing the fate of their loved ones exactly, and asked her what happened. ( not giving the details that they already found them). She gives the some bs, and they try to argue with her, and she just blows them off.
I did read one of her books. Some of the stuff is ok. Because I have experienced some of it. But a lot of it is bs.
