Apparently. I believe it's because they think that their spelling is the s**t and we don't know what the hell we're talking about.

The thing that gets me the most is the excessive usage of the exclamation mark. There's either one at the end of every sentence, or they use 5 at a time. Are you really exclaiming everything you say and/or that excited?
