Speak and be understood! for nice real conversations it's not only easier to open your mouth and just say it...but it's a lot easier for the listener to understand your message...
texting is not as convenient as most might think...afterall if you want to write a message you can e-mail or send a letter...
the phone was invented for speach to be heard accross great distances letters already existed...

I like bolth because texting helps when your busy doing something & talking on the phone helps getting to the point with what your talking about anyways. so Im in favor for bolth.

I love talking over texting. Mainly cause its more personal. Plus emotions are conveyed a lot better.

I prefer texting because I don't waste time waiting for the other person to answer the call. With texting, I just send the message, go do something, and check back 10 minutes later to see if they answered to not. Plus, our phone audio's really fuzzy and bad so it's hard to understand people when they're talking.

I prefer texting mainly because I don't like talking on the phone.

Texting is good if you just want to shoot off a quick message. Also for those that don't set up their VM. Ugh...Hubby refuses to set his up. Its aggrivating since I don't have a cell anymore. I have to send messages from FB just to get him a message and then it has to be short and concise.

I'll say talking, but only if you can stand to hear a certain persons voice. and if you want to talk to them. I'll save texting to people i don't know very well, and texts as something i can ignore if i felt like it.
