I think that's what they mean by altering the gameplay.
It's gonna be more like GTA Hyrule than anything.

This isn't really news to me - it's what I assumed would happen.
But it just confirms that those damn skulltulas are going to know of my arachnophobia, seeing how I'll be shaking and twitching like the wuss I am.
Twilight Princess already had a GTA element of sorts - Grand Theft Warthog!

It's one thing to say what you want to do for a sequel, it's another to confirm what's already been developed. It's not surprising to see a person say they're going to do something and then to see them do it, though.
