The Wrestling Observer is reporting that The Undertaker delivering the Tombstone Piledriver to John Cena on Raw this past week was the first step in what at this point looks to be a program between the two which will lead to a match at Wrestlemania 26. The feud most likely won't actually begin until time draws closer to the PPV, and the piledriver on Raw was just a small foreshadowing of what might come in the future. It should be noted, however, that WWE officials are hesitant to book a match between Cena and The Undertaker as Cena would be the clear heel between the two and management probably doesn't want Cena to draw tons of heat at the biggest PPV of the year. WWE had better know whats good for them, if they push Cena and have him beat Taker at Mania there will not just be riots but ill personally hunt down whomever writes the storyline for the match.

Dude, does no one out there remember Hogan Vs Rock? The biggest fan favorites of their time and they were able to have a match where the crowd didn't totally hate either one of them match ended, and they were both heros.
Taker needs to win though, BRING BACK MY UNIFIED TITLE!

Archon of Aegis Dude, does no one out there remember Hogan Vs Rock? The biggest fan favorites of their time and they were able to have a match where the crowd didn't totally hate either one of them match ended, and they were both heros. Taker needs to win though, BRING BACK MY UNIFIED TITLE! this is cena we are talking about give the fans one reason to hate him and they will honestly let there be a cena taker fued i want heel cena back

And When Taker faces a babyface, it's usually just split in the crowd, as long as the match is an enjoyable experience for the fans. I could come with a few examples, like Taker vs Batista, Taker vs HBK, Taker vs Angle, or even the first televised match of Taker vs Cena back in april-may of 2004 I think, when Cena was only starting to connect with the fans.

If anyone doubts the "intellegent" creative team of the WWE would push Cena over Taker you got to be kidding me. After seeing Cena retain at survivor series Im not so much shocked as I am pissed off. ******** the wwe creative team. Someone needs to fire those ******** morons and get people in there who arent sucking cena's d**k on the side. It made all the sense in the world to take the title off cena and hell put it on HBK where it needs to be right now but naturally they ******** up once again. Now we will get to see what should be a good rivalry between HHH and HBK again from how it looks and Cena will run on his gay parade having everyone and their mother job to him. Im just waiting for the creative team to do something really awesome like allow us the pleasure of seeing Cena in a gauntlet match against the entire RAW roster or face off in a 5 on 1 but dont get too worried wrestling fans. With Cenas "amazing" in ring abilities he will always prevail over "terrible" wrestlers like HBK, or CM Punk, HHH, Orton whoever. Apparantly no one is in Cenas league...ok...I've ranted and expressed enough ******** the creative team, im done.

I agree, what ever happened to the good old days where the fans natural reaction towards a wrestler determined if they should be pushed or not? If they should be Face or Heel? Is WWE lacking in talent that much to keep forcing Cena on us? I keep hearing stories from previous WWE televised events where fans keep getting their, "Cena Sucks" or "Cena Must Die" ect. ect. signs taken away because the company doesn't want it to seem there is a split in Cena's so called popularity.
Bottom line is this, Ultimately the fans decide who should be #1. Who should be the main face. Main faces should be able to get that instant PoP when their entrance music starts playing. Cena lacks that. pull him down, and build up a talented superstar who can get that kind of reaction, and make them the main face.
