Bio: Kale's story is a sad one, with a past of abusive parents who would force him to use his powers to give them everything they wanted. However, at one point he escaped them, though has never given any information as to how, or even when. Now, however, he has been in New York for a long time, working the streets, always on the run. It was while he was on the run that he met his little sister, a girl with an unknown background but that he trusts absolutely and protects her as an older brother would.


~Description of Mutant Power~
Kale's power is extraordinary, being the answering of wishes. Any wish another has he can answer, and his powers will alter all of reality to make is so that it is true. There are virtually no limits to what can occur with his wishes, to the extent of altering anything to make it so. He can create literally anything from nothing. When a wish is granted, he decides how the wish is to be granted. So telling him that you want to be immortal, that that is your wish, could cause him to turn you into stone, to live forever as a statue.

Keep in mind that his power is sort of like a genie's. He will grant any wish directed at him, no matter who says it, as long as they do not effect his Little Sister. For some reason wishes aimed at her that are spoken by others will not work. This means someone just can't walk by and say "I wish I had a candy bar" and POOF, suddenly he has one.

There are limits, however. He cannot answer and wish of his own, he cannot be effected by his own wishes (meaning if the world turns into apes, he wouldn't), and any wish that is wished upon him specifically last only 10 minutes before returning to normal.

Also, a newer rule, people who have specific powers (such as those who are psychic but only have Telekinesis as a power) are more powerful than those with multiple areas of a single power. So, a Telekinetic, a mutant who specializes in telekinesis, will be FAR stronger in that talent than any normal, generalized psychic.)
