I'm getting bored with my G/R Beat n' Burn deck and I'm really looking for something new to run. I'm thinking about running a U/B Artifact Deck based off of Tezzerets Artifacts of Doom deck from the Duels of the Planswalkers game for 360. But mainly I just wanna run something fun and new. I've mainly run aggro decks a lot and want something new!!! So any ideas?

Well I'm now running a new Vampire Angel deck. And how is the Duels of the Planswalkers?? My boyfriend downloaded a MTG demo or something from the live arcade. Is that it??... ... My 360 is being sent in for repairs so I can't check.

If you want something fun and annoying I would suggest Mill. The concept is to make your opponent send cards from the top of his/her library to the graveyard through cards like Traumatize, Archive Trap, Memory Erosion, Etc. The deck would probably be Blue/Black with Blue being the primary Mill component and Black being in there for Board Control/Discard.

I actually have a Blue/Black deck using traumatize and other Mill cards from blue, also alot of counter spells.
The black component is about 3/4 of the creatures and about 1/3 of the spells.
soul bleed is annoying for your opponents as it drains there life on each of there upkeeps as long as the monster it is equipped to stays on the field.
megrim and cards that make them discard work well too because megrim deals 2 damage to any opponent that discards a card.

So new and exciting and onnoying to vs could be the Mill strategy.

Well if your going to go Mill/Discard you need to have the deck at about 50/50. Underworld Dreams makes it so everytime an opponent draws a card they take 1 damage, not too much to worry about unless you combine it with cards like Howling Mine and Jace Beleren. Megrim makes it so that everytime an opponent discards they take 2 damage. Hypnotic Spectre, Gul-Draz Spectre, Liliana Vess, Raven's Crime, and Mind Shatter are all pretty decent discard cards. As far as the mill aspect of the deck would go you need Traumatize, Twincast, Archive Trap, Tome Scour, and other cards that help you but punish your opponent.

It might be fun to do a 50 land deck with an interesting synergy...But no one will like that idea sweatdrop Even though if done properly can work...

I currently have three decks that work wounders for me. I rarely lose with them and they are built for casual play.

Deck one: Mono green (wolf/nut munchers deck)
Translation: " will over run you with many wolves and munch your nuts"

I love this deck because it not only lets you play insanely large amounts of wolves to overrun your opponent, but it gives them all deathtouch, Gains you life for every creature played, and has a high defense as well as superb offense.

Card List

> 20x forest
> 4x Wood Elves
> 4x Wren's Run Packmaster
> 3x Farhaven Elf
> 4x Howl of the Night pack
> 4x Traproot Kami
> 2x Master of the Wild Hunt
> 4x Essence Warden
> 4x Llanowar Elves
> 4x Sakura-Tribe Elder
> 2x Lone Wolf
> 2x Sylvan Library
> Fastbond
> Abundance
> Fable of Wolf and Owl

Do not go Megrim-Mill. Do one or the other. While no deck using a black splash should go without Mind Twist, Duress, Thoughtseize, Cabal Therapy, to name a few great discard cards, it's very difficult to combine the two ideas. Extra space needs to go to Chainer's Edict, Infest, Damnation, Mutilate, Propaganda, or whatever else you feel comfortable with, in order to keep creatures at bay. Haunting Echoes, Undermine and glimpse the Unthinkable, should also fill such a deck.
Another fun idea, is AWC. Alternate-Win-Condition, decks themed after cards like Door to Nothingness, Platinum Angel, Test of Endurance, Coalition Victory, etc. Though you will probably never win a huge tourney this way, it's the most fun.

Build a pointless deck. Make it not good enough to win, but make it great enough at multi to stop other people form winning. A good example is a stasis deck.

I have two words for you..... "Stuffy Doll".

I believe stuffy doll to be the most "awsome beat your opponents face without them having much of a chance to stop you" card EVER!!!!!

for more info in my stuffy doll deck.... PM me.

I'm trying to run a Nicol Bolas Eons of Evil deck from Duels of the planeswalkers for the 360 i'm in the process of buying and trading for those cards a part of me hopes they will sell the real deck in the card shop like the other planswalkers Chandra, Garruk, Lilliana and Jace those are the only ones i can find in stores.
