It did! Thanks for the information. Right now I'm at Stark MT and I think I made a mistake or something. I helped the red headed trainer get the treasure then explored the mt for a bit, then left. Nothing happen though? Like I collected a few nuggets, a potion, and a Max Exlier. Caught camel-boy, Mr. Weezer, and this lava Pokemon I named Hot Foot. Then I fought my best friend back at the Fight area since I couldn't find the red headed person anymore. Now what?
Also I am having issues catching that one psychic Pokemon that keeps running away from me. You know the one that you have to use the marking Apps to find. Like I get close and it jumps far away. Or if I do find it, it runs before I can even throw a quick ball at it!
crying I really want it! I came up with a good nickname for it.
Okay, I haven't done the Heatran mission yet, but if you go to the Survival Area where you battled your rival, there's a small house next to the Pokemon Center. If you go inside, you can find the Red Headed Guy (can't remember his name) and he'll induct you into his battle group. Afterwards, return to Stark Mountain and go as deep as you can. You should find Heatran waiting for you now!
As for the psychic pokemon Cresselia, the easiest thing to do is use the Master Ball. If you've already used that ace in the hole, the next best thing to do is catch a pokemon that has the ability Arena Trap (Trapinch and Dugtrio usually have this ability). Arena Trap prevents wild pokemon from fleeing from battle.
There are also two moves that can keep Cresselia from fleeing: Mean Look and Block. Ghost type pokemon tend to learn Mean Look, while Bronzong can learn block. Unfortunately, Bronzong has to either be holding a Quick Claw or be at an insanely high level so that it moves first. Otherwise, Cresselia will flee before you can use the move.
If you don't have the Master Ball, use Ultra Balls. Putting it to sleep won't stop it from fleeing, but Paralysis will sometimes help. Also try using False Swipe, which will make sure you don't accidentally knock it out. If you do knock it out, I think you can find it again by returning to Full Moon Island, but I'm not 100% sure. Best not to knock it out, I say!
sweatdrop REMEMBER: All damage you inflict on Cresselia will carry over to the next time you see it. So don't just blindly attack with your strongest move!
Anyway, when you're trying to track it down, you CAN NOT use Fly. Every time you use it, the pokemon will move to a different area. Also, it's best not to use your bike, as that will sometimes make the pokemon move further away. Pretty much anytime you move to a new area, Cresselia will move, but usually not too far if you're on foot.
A neat trick I figured out is to just pick one area and walk back and forth from one area to another. This way you can make Cresselia come to you, since it's bound to show up in your area sooner or later. It's also quicker than trekking all over the map on foot!!
