Nozomi is a tad bit small for her age. Well, she is height-wise, anyways. It tends to frustrate
her to know end, especially since she is still the weight of the average twelve year-old. For this
reason, she tends to look a little pudgie. She has since discovered that working at a bakery
tends to do that to you. She is now on a (not so) strict diet, in hopes of shedding those pounds.
Unfortunately, she is rather awful at this. She has a normal colored skin, with a slight tan from
being outside so often. Her face is round and her skin is soft, not yet reaching the awkward oils
of puberty yet. She has brown eyes, thin lips, and round ears, making for an unremarkable face.
She tried to make up for this in her clothes and actions as much as possible. Nono takes the
most amount of pride possible in her hair. She washes it everyday, making sure that it is always
shiny and soft. Her hair is long, and almost always pulled up into high pigtails. However, she
has been known to change her hairstyle every once in a while depending on her outfit or mood.

Nozomi does not dress like a ninja. Instead, she dresses like the overly cute, impractical idiot
that she is. Most of her clothes fall under the category of "sweet lolita" or "princess lolita". She
wears dresses with lots of lace and frill and bows. She believes that when it comes to lace, the
more means the merrier. She is almost always wearing a dress, save for during planned battles.
During such battles, she wears shorts and a blouse underneath a pink frilly overlay dress. The
dress pulls off easily, in case she needs better movement during battle. For shoes, she tends
to stick to platforms and Mary Janes that look good with the outfit. Unfortunately, usually this
means she sacrifices function in favor of fashion, a decision that often screws her over. She
likes wearing white tights and lace stockings, as well as gloves. She tends to wear a lot of bow
and pearl accessories, especially in her hair. Overall, Nozomi needs to look girly at all times,
believing that she always needs to look good or else she will surely suffer.

Nozomi believes that everyone should be in love with the day they are living. She can be overly
optimistic and cheerful. She likes to sing and dance as she walks down the street, believing
that it will brighten anyone's day, including her own. She is often described as being sugary
sweet for this reason. She never likes to think about the negative, lest it makes her sulky and
really just rather annoying. So instead she not only sees the glass half full, but filled with warm
cocoa and marshmallows with a plate of cookies sitting next to it. She's rarely seen without a
smile on her face. Often, she will try to show her side of the bright world to other people, usually
only resulting in everyone thinking that she is rather annoyingly cheerful. Because really, she is.

Sure, Nono wants the world to love everything around them. But she also wants the world to love
her. She is obsessed with how she looks in the morning. For a twelve year-old, she is incredibly
vain. She likes to think she has the style sense and beauty awareness of an adult, even though
she dresses like an overdressed doll from someone's nightmares. She does her hair in the
morning, taking as long as she can to make herself look nice. She doesn't have a lot of
self-confidence when it comes to being a ninja, but she is overly confident when it comes to
how she looks. She knows she is pretty, and believes she deserves to be treated like a princess
because of it. And god forbid you mess up her hair or clothes too much. God. Forbid.

Nono is not the brightest or sharpest crayon in the box. In fact, she might even be the dullest.
She has a lot of heart and a lot of optimism, but not much up in her noggin to back it up. She
does not understand the meaning of most words, especially if they are vaguely large. She
doesn't particularly try to be any smarter either. She likes to be hyperactive and act silly, even
if it means no one else taking her seriously. In fact, she barely takes herself seriously, often
writing herself off as a humorous side character who can't do much right. However, if it ever
bothers her, she never lets it shows.

Although she doesn't mean to be, Nono can be quite devious when she needs to be. Her sweet
exterior does not necessarily cover a dark interior. However, she does know how to work her
cuteness to her advantage in the heat of the battle. Or even while just trying to sell cookies for
her bakery. Sometimes she will play up her cuteness and tears in order to make a profit, but
she believes it all to be for the good of others. However, she does know she has the habit of
keeping all of the facts from people when it serves to her advantage. She can tell half-truths and
withhold important facts.

Nozomi lives to make people happy. She loves herself, sure, but she feels better when other
people smile. She can't stand seeing other people upset or angry. It makes her feel like she is
in the wrong. So she is determined to spread happiness to all, getting a feeling of
self-importance out of it. She likes giving away cookies for free, just to see others smile. She
likes to think of herself as a fairy of happiness and love, even if it is often far from the truth.
However, she does genuinely love to help. In fact, she started working for the Orijiro Bakery
after hearing that business was failing. It isn't always selfless, but she does love lending a
friendly hand.

Nozomi was born to a rather unusual family in Konohagakure. I say this not because her family
was particularly strong, or famous, or were a magical breed of shape-shifting circus monkeys.
They were unusual because really, nothing interesting ever happened within their family. In
a village full of interesting and strange happenings, the Shinsei clan was about as dull as an
overused battle ax. Shinsei Nozomi was born with all her body parts, both of her parents, and
no kekkei genkai. Her father spoils her senselesly, while her overly doting mother nags her
daughter's choices in life. Actually, her childhood was pretty darn boring.

Nono is about as coordinated as an elephant on jet skis. So when she expressed interest in
joining the Academy, most people just nervously looked around, trying to think of a polite way
to tell her to quit dreaming. However, she was still enrolled. Nono did not have too much
motivation to learn, and not much talent either. She was at the Academy for a few good years
before finally deciding enough was enough. She decided that if she ever wanted to get anywhere,
she we need two things: a gimmick, and a job. The way she figured it was that all of the famous
ninjas had a good gimmick. She assumed that if she had a unique theme then she would be
sure to impress everyone. Why did she need the job you ask? Well, because her mother was
constantly begging her to get real life experience, hoping it would help sway her daughter away
from trying to do something so stupid and dangerous.

Both the job and the inspiration came when Nono got a job serving and selling baked goods for
a failing bakery, called the Orijiro Bakery. Her cute charms were well received, revealing
themselves to be quite useful in convincing others to buy cookies, cupcakes and other goods.
However, it took her a little while to discover that baked goods could also be used as weapons.
She began plotting, with the help of the other bakery workers. Soon, Nozomi would decide to
become the Bakery Kunoichi, a title which she holds fast to today.

Basically, Nozomi still works at the bakery, trying to actually learn how to cook foods that
aren't completely violent and destructive. Needless to say, she isn't very good at it yet. She is
also a Genin, passing the Academy test out of sheer dumb luck, although she likes to think
that her gimmick idea help her along the way. She is fairly certain that she will be a genin
forever, seeing low chance in becoming good enough to become chuunin. In fact, she is
beginning to doubt her desire to become a ninja, half considering opening up a cafe somewhere
out west. Of course, she is only twelve. Nothing is written in stone. Really, children never make
very rational decisions so young.

Cookies edged with razors. Light and crispy and ideal for throwing. Very fast. Very
aerodynamic. Comes in both sugar and chocolate chip flavors. But not oatmeal raisin. Seriously,
raisins are an abomination to cookies everywhere, even razor ones.
Muffins (x24)
Muffins filled with tiny bombs instead of currants. Delicious when eaten. Painful when
detonated. Can be ingested or just used as a weapon to throw. Cooked fresh daily! Stop by
soon for a taste that redefines the term "explosive flavor"!
Bonbons (x50)
Small candies that makes small explosions on impact. Not nearly as powerful as the muffins,
and barely ever cause damage unless ingested. Still, they serve as a good distraction.
Sticky icing (x1 tube)
An experiment gone horribly wrong. Nono keeps a tube of super sticky icing in her fighting
basket. Gummy and sticks to almost anything, it is possibly the last thing you would ever want
squirted on your eyes. Ever.
Rolling pin (x1)
Pretty self-explanatory. The bakery girl has a rolling pin. Makes sense to me. Useful for both
kneading dough on the go and bludgeoning pesky opponents.
Kunai (x5)
Standard issue genin kunai. What? You were expecting something interesting?
