I've done a good amount of One x One and I find them to be more entertaining than big groups. I'm up for many things so tell me an idea and I'll see if that works for me. If I don't reply to you right away I may have been busy and not on gaia for a bit. That only happens once in a while, or when I have to prep for finals, midterms, or giant tests as I am in college.
As for ones that I have some ideas for there are:

Plot ideas:
VampirexHuman (VampirexDemon, etc.):
Well the idea on this one was that a human either a noble (or highly known figure if you don't like the idea of older times) or even a peasant (or just a simple person who lives life) who end up going out at night and then something happens on the way home. Horse had been bit and ran out of blood dieing on the road (popped tire, etc.) So the human stops to figure out what happened and then the vampire smiles at smelling the blood coming from the veins. So they come down to bite them and that's where it starts. So they could become lovers, or the human could see the vampire and try to kill him etc.
PrincexPeasant:
The prince is leaving to go out to see what is happening in his soon to become kingdom. He sees a peasant and feels something new in his chest. Even though he is suppose to marry the princess of another land he doesn't feel this way around her. So he just passes it off and then a couple of weeks later during his father's funeral he sees the peasant again and feels better. So as everyone passes telling him of how fond they were of his father and how they feel his pain the peasant comes up to say something. He hugs him and that is where the story begins.
GeekxPopular:
For this one it's mainly the usual geeky kid falls for the popular person. The geek just got transferred to the new high school and sees the most popular boy in school, which he then falls for. He doesn't know how this happened or what he did to deserve it but he enjoyed it. Soon after he tries to get the popular kid to notice him he gets beat up and swirlied by the jocks. The popular kid comes in to save him and make sure he is alright and that's where it starts. So does the geek get his man or does the popular kid make his life a living hell?
PrincexPrince:
Originally the first prince was suppose to be married to a princess. Then the second prince is suppose to marry the princess. Their fathers argue and bicker with many choice words. This goes on for many months. While the fathers argue the sons get along and play together. After they have been playing for a couple months the first prince kisses the second prince. The second prince has no idea what to say but blushes. They then grow a relationship together. Will their fathers separate their love? Will they overcome the problems with the marriage? Can they live happily together? You decide.
MasterxSlave:
The typical master goes to a slave auction and meets them. Next thing you know they end up at the house. The slave does bad or good and the master punishes or praises him. It starts with the master waking up to go to the slave auction. It's a pretty simple plot so it shouldn't be that hard to follow.
