So I'm trying out for captian of my guard and we have to come up with our own routine.....so does anybody know a good song for a routine...

VERY IMPORTANT!!! THERE IS A TWO MINUTE LIMIT TO THE ROUTINE!!!!

I'm just going to be spinning flag and rifle and I prefer if the song was something instrumental and had lots of opportunities for tosses(because I love tossing!!) mrgreen
Any suggestions will be taken

hey ive got a song for you. its very musical but at the same time its easy to write work to. " My December- Linkin park" its a 430 song but even at the 2 minute point its good. hope you get the position. best of luck. oh you can look it up on youtube. smile

what about Disturbia by Rhianna. thats what our tryout music was last year and it was amazing! i think there's a couple of good moments for a toss. id have to listen to it again but trust me its good!! our routine for it was amazing! id do it right now if i could remember even the first part of it!!!!

Im doing my captain routine to "Fireflies" by Owl City. smile lots of tossing moments. Buts its kinda light so saber works best with it. but im doing all three: flag, rifle , and saber.

Paramore - Hallelujah Vitamin String Quartet good rythm fast though, and you'll have to cut it off (it's all Instrumental)
I'm gonna try out for captian too, but we only get 30 seconds to convince them
also DDR Mario Mix - Super Mario World (Matrix Mix) also has a very good beat and it's fun
you can check out DDR music cause usually it's under 2 minutes and almost all of it is good ^-^

p.s. you could check out the song we used for our parade it's called Bravura ^-^
