As many of you have pointed out, no one's here because, well, no one's here. I think Kayura's suggestion that we have a narrower focus might help bring in new people. The problem started because in order to get more than a handful of members, I was trying to cast the net wide to attract more people. But no one seems to work off of what's already here.

So, we need a Plan.
