So here's a basic question to all you Left 4 Dead 2 players out there!
What is YOUR favorite Campaign to play on?
1. The mall setting of Dead Center?
2. The infected fairgrounds of Dark Carnival?
3. The muddy swamps of Swamp Fever?
4. The Witch infested, weather induced Hard Rain?
5. The New Orleans style of The Parish?

I personally like Hard because of the weather effects. You don't get much weather changed anywhere else in Left 4 Dead (and 2) at all. Plus the level with the Witches everywhere is just great. Especially with friends.

I've only played the first three, but so far it's definitely Dead Center. I just love how creative the mini-events are. And the fire and smoke? It's really neat. I hated Swamp Fever, though, not gonna lie. It was... too confusing for my simple mind. And Dark Carnival was in a way a let down, but... it was pretty cool, too.

Dark Carnival. Its difficulty level is quite steep at the 4th Map Gauntlet, and it's not made any easier when you:
a) Play only on Expert.
b) Want the achievements for being faster than Moustachio (Not yet), being stronger than Moustachio (Got it!), and freeing Gnome Chompsky from the fair (We couldn't even get it out of the box... yet. Wait until the rest of our regulars get the game, though... We'll make it!)
Our plan is to do the Gnome some day in Realism. Why? Well, we're hardcore. Also possibly crazy.
Anyways, what made me smile the most when finishing this campaign is the final map. It's a Rock and Roll Zombie Horde Battle Apocalypse! It's like... A dream come true! heart
I swear to God, the moment I got on the helicopter after the second tank, I got off my seat, raised my fists in the air and kneeled.
"Yes... YES!"
My most exciting moment besides this one has been at the end of Swamp Fever. When I finished on Expert, my team was so awesome we managed to keep control of the situation (Won't comment why, for those who haven't played it yet), and we all got rescued. Good times.

Dark Carnival.
I've always loved the idea of Screamers, and now the Clown Uncommons do just that. Yayz.

I am torn between The Parish and Dark Carnival. They are both really well done levels. I agree with Anatole_serial about all the ponits he made about liking Dark Carnival.
The Parish just seems to appeal to me more and I like the level design. Just something about going through the streets and laughing at the witch sobbing in the bar just seems funny to me(SHES A ALCOHOLIC!).
The little mini finale with the mardi gras float was very fun having our backs up against the wall using incendiary ammo to keep back the hordes of infected. Also, having a race at the finale was hilarious fun. Especially when a tank decides to throw 2 cars at you when you have the lead xD.

Im a bit torn between Dark Carnival and Hard Rain...
Dark Carnival was a really fun one to play, but its just not really fun anymore unless your playing it on expert with realism, with friends online. But with Hard Rain, it slowly gets to be a bigger and bigger pain in the a**...the water slows you down so when theres a horde chasing after you, you cant get away as quickly and your forced to fight where you stand, which to me makes it more of a challenge since theres like a trillion witches roaming the map! Not to mention the huge difference that the rain makes for your visibility when playing...
But on the other-hand, Dark Carnival has its perks, the few instances such as having to run through the carousel, on expert that part SUCKS...but there is a big challenge with the confined space of the tunnel of love and the small areas between buildings.
But my vote still goes with Hard Rain!

Wow this is a hard one. Well i like all of them honestly, some mroe than others, so here's my reasons for them...
Dead Center: I like the finale and how the characters are introduced as well as the infected.
Dark Carnival: The fact it's at night...in a carnival...with zombie clowns....plus Gnome Chompski.....oh and good ambient music....plus like 6 achievements.
Swamp Fever: The only reason i like this one is fo rthe music. The main menu theme as well as the campiang start theme are awesome. Also enjoy the double Tank fight in the finale.
Hard Rain: Like the weather effects as well as the idea of going through the levels backward.
The Parish: I adore the finale in this one. Only thing i don't like is that the levels seem repetitive. I LOVE THE CAR LOT THOUGH.
So if i really had to choose, i would have to say Dark Carnival and Dead Center.

My favorite Campaign is The Parish the level of difficulty on there is perfect. The Finale is cool to I remember when I got away I said "BOOM!!!" Really loud. I didn't exactly get away as I died cause of a last minute Smoker.
