i think that wrestling is the most physically demanding sport... im gonna compare it to several other sports..... baseball the most running you do is running on to the field..... soccer one could argue that you are alwasy moving true but the focus is on the ball not you you can stop whenever you want to get a break...... same with basket ball....... football you give it your all for 10 seconds at most and then you get a thirty second break........ now wrestling you have two people you and your opponent so the focus is always on you and your oponent.... all you have between each round is a ten second break if that so you tell me what you think

I love wrestling and im very good at it. i dont brag about much but wrestling is one of them. people say its just two gay guys dry humping each other for 3 minutes. but it is probably the hardest sport to be good at. It takes discipline, training, strength, and the ability to make split descisons.people tell me im naturally talented and need to do more of it, because i made state finals my first year at 150 and my coach wants me to drop to 140 . and if i do...well...it's gonna be like murder for me to wrestle a first year with no experience. Another thing is i dont go 100% in practice because i hurt people but i just figured out how i suddenly get insanely good during a match...adreneline (i know i spelled that wrong). and should you feel bad if you hurt someone during a match?
