Jaxon kicked open the heavy wooden door to Claudius' office. In his arms rested the bloody body of a young boy. "I quit Claudius." He said dropping the blood drenched body on top of the man's desk. "I can't do this! I took an oath, I'm supposed to save live not end them." He said with wrath mixing in with his usually calm voice.
((I don't know if I said it, but if a gifted doesn't work for the government, It is either used for testing, or killed))
Ashley gave a satisfied smile as she could hear the gears meshing together for the first time in her newest invention. 'Imerius, can you come here?' she thought to him. He was the only person she didn't have to use a picture to talk to telepathically. ' I think I got a present for you.'

Claudius's eyes narrowed. "Get that filth away my office. If you realize that the only way out of this for you is in a body bag. I believe the terms of your contract are quite clear...and iron clad."
Imerius's voice sighed in her head. 'I'll be right there. Just coming in with Jax. It was just a little kid this time. Didn't even know he was Gifted. He just thought that animals liked him. He didn't know that he was starting to communicate with them. However, Jax just marched into Claude's office with the body, and I fear for his life.'

Ashley sighed.'I feel sorry for the guy. His thoughts are practicaly screaming suicide.' She thought as she rotated the new device examining it closely. 'But I don't think he's dumb enough to do it though.'
Jaxon clenched his teeth, and was starting to shake. "Fine... Sir" He mumbled as he lifted the child's body purposely wiping his blood across the man's desk. He walked out past Imerius with tears trailing down his cheeks. "I'll take him to the morgue..." He said not even stopping.
'You might want to go with him. This can wait. Just come by when you get a chance.' She added as she heard Jaxon through Imerius' ears.

Imerius caught up with him. "I'll come with you. You really shouldn't push Claude around. He isn't exactly right in the head. It runs in the family. You keep your head down and you will survive."

Rallyhn walked down the street where his battle with Death took place, trying to see if any traces still remained, time and time again he's visited, not finding anything. The body had been moved, and the magnetic core vanished as well. "I'll find you... and fix my mistake." He said as he looked into a window and saw his reflection, he hasnt aged in years, though he thinks he's changed. He cut his hair a little and dyed it a jet black so the goverment wouldnt be able to recognize him.
Rallyhn then began to head back to his place before he noticed a hole near a corner of the building, and felt a energy in the hole "hmmm? wait... this is where that spear pierced his core and pinned him" he reached into the hole with one finger and found a rusty compound that reaked of Death's essence "my first lead... I knew revisiting the scene would help eventually, now I might be able to track him finally"

Jaxon shook his head. "I gave the Hippocratic Oath when I got my degree in medicine... He has done nothing but soil my practice... I won't respect him, I won't fear him. The only reason I can even bear working for that SOB is because if I don't, what agent will take pity and conscious into the fight?" He laid the child down, and got on his knees before the child. He bowed his head in prayer for a moment before looking back to Imerius. "So, why are you here?"

Imerius shook head. "Press-ganged in Manhattan. They transferred me here to keep me away from my aunt. But I will leave when I want. They can't stop me. And they won't. I just need to save up some money first..." His brow furrowed. "Are you alright?"

Jaxon sighed "As alright as I can be." He said standing up. "Hey, I'm gonna go clean this blood off. Don't worry about me." He said before walking off in the direction of his room.

"Yeah... sure." He mumbled as he reached his room. "See ya later Imerius." He said closing the door behind him.
Ashley sighed in Imerius' head. "I hope he'll be alright.' She said as the device sparked a bit. 'Alright, it's ready for you.' She said with a smile in her voice as it finally started working correctly.
