I just finished this up over the weekend. It is an avi portrait for Totorochic.
Done in color pencil on pastel paper.

That's incredibly pretty but I think you should have either added more hints of yellow on the left hand of her face or another color that would complement all the colors you used for the overall drawing. Good work. heart

The face is good, though if the yellow is a reflection from the halo you need to make the halo more shiny, brighter so that it has a higher tendency to refract light rather than the mute, dull halo you have now. The neck is short but it doesn't matter since the hair hides that, what bothers me is the color in her chest, the contrast in color is right but light part of her chest needs more of that pink undertone to make it seem more connected and less like she is blushing or has some sort of sunburn abover her colar bone.

I too really like the eyes. Especially the little tear duct.

What sort of colored pencils do you use? Prismacolors?

Wow, it's very pretty. I like the way you did her face and her hair. But you probably should have done a little more to frame the picture in.
