This will be wear we hold contest for random things, whether it be art, stories, or some random contest about garbage gathering, there will be judges (The heads of good, evil, and neutral for things that require judges) and there will be score keeping for things like garbage and what not. These contest will have rewards. These rewards will be in the form of gold or items. These can be determined by having an "entry fee" to add money to the pot, 50% for first, 33% for second, 17% for third. Other things can be a "I got lucky and got a nice item: I'm giving it away for winning blah blah blah"
