Hello :]
So recently my period has been irregular. I'm 18 years old and I started my period when I was about 14/15. It usually skips around a lot. Its been about 5-6 months since I've had my last period and before that one it skipped about 5 months.
I'm not sexually active but I do masturbate sometimes. sweatdrop
Today I thought that my period started and it was like a dark brownish color and I never had that before. Its not coming out heavy or even moderate its abnormally light and such.

Please reply back and let me know whats going on? Thanks <33

It's got nothing to do with masturbation.

If you've started birth control or if you're stressed out, those could be reasons why your period is late/irregular. There are also some women who are never regular, and will always be irregular.

You could always ask your doctor if you're concerned. smile

It's normal for periods to be brown, pink, or red. And they can also be light, moderate, or heavy. So that part is probably fine.

Some women are just irregular, and that's usually fine too. But it is recommended that women who go three or more months without a period check with an ob-gyn just to make sure nothing is wrong. So I'd recommend making an appointment once you stop bleeding.

Ok. I was kinda worried a little bit.
Like yesterday I thought I started it and today nothing is coming out. ._.
I'll just see if I can make an appointment with an ob-gyn :]
