Alright guys...here are the rules for the customs
1. Make sure to read the first post in each thread and follow the guidelines.
2. If you are approved of a jutsu or weapon, post a thread with your username on it in the Member's Vault Forum. EX: BluewolfofMibu's Customs. That way we can easily track who has what customs and find them easily
3. If you abuse your custom, Ogoun will strip them from you and you won't be able to make anymore.
4. BE CREATIVE AND DETAILED!
