Even though right now I feel like sweaty and clammy and tired, it's still a nice feeling after you get off the treadmill.


YOU FEEL ME

also i've been 'dietting' for over a month and i haven't lost a since pound.
i drink about 6 cups a water compared to the 1 I used to drink a day.
I cut out most of the pop in my diet (only with mixing alcoholic drinks)
I try to eat celery with cheese whiz and rice cakes for lunch.

i try to work out at least for 20 minutes 3 times a week.


WTF.

what are some mega things i should be cutting from my diet?

You probably aren't losing because you HAVE nothing to lose. As far as 'stomach fat' goes, haha, I've heard its a primary cause of fast food. I ain't willing to cut that out because it's too nommy, so I stopped caring. 4laugh

HMM, GETTING JOB AT A&W, FRIENDS HAVE CARS, MORE MALL TRIPS, NOMMY FAST FOOD.

Before, we were all too poor to constantly eat out.

How often do you drink? That's all empty calories. No nutritional value, just .. s**t.

Also I am curious too. I wanna lose somethin' and if the scale's not lying I've gained weight. :'c

How about NATURAL WEIGHT GAIN? You aren't supposed to remain the same weight that you were at 15/16.

But she didn't grow any taller. I'm still the same weight as I was in grade 9 give or take 5 pounds.

lol Also if you just making up for the calories your not getting at lunch by eating bigger dinners or breakfasts then you wont loose weight.

I have the same size breakfasts always and dinners are smaller portioned too.
