 I drew a more detailed sketch of him in real life, but we have no scanner so I had to make a completely digital format of him. Normally he has chains on his arms and legs. This is more of a chibi version of Funari.

Neither do I. ...The closest I can come to knowing who he is would be my neighbors, whose last names are Funari.
