All the time i find myself so angry and lashing out and stuff. Today my I wanted my one friend to come over but he decided it would be better to hang out with this other "friend" of ours instead. (She treats people like s**t but she's like a succubus cuz of her beuty and he's "fallen" for her.) They had plans but she keeps cancelling them all the time and he keeps cancelling on me.
So I really went into it calling him a spineless(well imagine all the cuss words into one long insult thing, plus a lot of other insults). He's the type of guy that will just say "k" or "idk" and it REALLY annoys me cuz it just seems like he doesn't care at all. It ended up with me saying something along the lines of "Well lemme know when you find out that b***h c**t cancells so I can be your plan B AGAIN."
Turns out he didn't do jack squat today other than Xbox and stuff on his 4 wheeler which I was really pissed about. My sister let me use her AIM to talk to him since I didnt want to, which really doesn't make sense at all. So I really flipped out on him this time and said "F**k you, I don't need a s**thole like you in my life" and he stopped answering, no doubt figuring it was me. So I'm thinking I've really messed up cuz he is the kind of guy that just says "K" and is done with it.
Essentially I always get angry and flip out on people and end up causing them to hate me or nearly end the friendship. I don't know why I do it but I try to control it but it never works. I've already killed one relationship from my anger and it was the best one I've ever had. Anyone got any advice for me?

I can't think of much else to suggest other than control the things you can control - don't be friends with people who make you really angry, and angry often. Try to keep your cool and use relaxation/calming techniques if you get really upset (deep breaths, counting backwards, counting to 100, etc), and you can always look into anger management classes/counseling if you think you could benefit from them. You could also talk to a counselor, who could help you learn to better manage your anger.

All I can say is to cut ties with that friend if all he is doing is adding stress in your life. Being angry all the time can be very damaging to your body, its really not worth it. Or, you can talk to him about it. Tell him it bothers you, try to resolve everything. If not, then don't bother and just do my first suggestion.
