Background:
Native Herd is unique and different from rest of the herds that could be found in the nation because the horses in that herd is owned or associated with the native americans in various different tribes like Lakota, Cherokee, Mohawk and etc. Those horses are partially domesticated and will let their native american counter part ride them or use them for grunt work. They are free to come and go whenever they pleased, however majority of the horses in that herd chose to stay near their native american counterparts.
Native americans resides in teepees made out of animal skins, however there are different kind of settlements in different tribes like longhouse, wigwam, hogans and so on forth and they are made out of mud, sticks, straws and whatever they can use to build their shelters. Native Americans don't believe in tethering their horses so the horses have the free will to come and go whenever they want. In a village, its always busy because something is always happening so both native americans and horses are rarely bored.
A large lake is located near the border line between the mainland and Native Lands is called Washing Lands due to the fact that many of native tribes believes there is a healing properties in the water. The land surrounding the lake is divided between the prairie and forest which contributes to native americans' belief that the lake is magical to them. The water is pure and fresh all year around and native americans go there to Clean themselves (soul and body) along with fetching enough water to bring back to their own respective tribes.
