Appearance Description
Kuroi wears a loose red tie around his neck, His headband is worn around his waist and uses it as a belt buckle for his outfit, and he wears a white collar shirt with a black sport coat over it. His Shuriken Holster is on his right thigh and his Hip Pouch is on his left hip.
Personality
Kuroi is rather different for a 11 year old boy. He holds an odd smile always on his lips and speaks in an elegant tone as if he were of a royal family. He doesn't show much emotion but will usually act rather smug without trying or meaning too and finds many things he just learns about or a different perspective on something he already knows as interesting.
History
Kuroi doesn't know much about his mother due to her death when he was only three from illness. His mother was of the great Yotsuki of Kumogakure in where the famous Kirabi and his brother the Raikage. Kuroi's father came from a rising powerful clan in Kumo known as the Hekireki. When Kuroi was 8 and entered the academy his father began to teach him in the Hekireki's Hiden jutsu, Thunder Release. Kuroi graduated at age 10 and for a year he has been a genin.

Thunder Clap

Type: Ninjutsu.
Thunder Clap is the basic of all Hekireki jutsu. Thunder Clap is preformed by slamming the users hands together with the use of charka to cause a blinding flash of light which can last up to five seconds which is a set up for the follow up attack of Thunder soundwaves which can not only hurt hearing slightly and make your ears ring but the shock wave has the power to knock an opponent back five feet with a head on shot and cause a moderate amount of damage to where it'll hurt to move.
Kawarimi No Jutsu

Where a ninja appears to be, they are not. When attacked, the ruse is revealed and the image of the ninja turns into its true form, that of a block of wood, with the real ninja somewhere within 30 feet. The user cannot attack after using Kawarimi No Jutsu until their next turn.
