so i brought sean in to the doctor because he's sick again. and the doctor decides to test his hemoglobin. appntly he is anemic and were getting lab work done tommorow to see what type specifically. My father and i both are anemic so i wasnt very surprised. this was his 2nd anemia test actully. I was wondering if anyof you have experince with having a toddler with anemia?

I had similar problems with 1 of my twins. It was minor enough that adding more iron rich food cured it. Beans (garbanzo/chickpeas and navy beans), collards or kale (I put collards in the beans), red meat and chicken, that sort of thing.

This will probably not help at all, but I have that problem, my blood won't clot in my fingers and arms. It takes the mick really, but I used to take tablets for it. But get him to eat more iron ricked foods but not too much. And try to get him to take the pills if he can. But because he is only a baby maybe that won't help.
