Read everything below.
Because we're going to need cats for these experiments in the future, and we'd prefer for the owners to understand and want to be part of this metalplot, we decided to hold a raffle for it.
We will be accepting both kittens and adult cats for this raffle. If you are raffled into the plot, you must read all of the important threads. You aren't required to read the RPs unless you plan on joining them.
Cats that are accepted will also have raffles for one of the effects of the experiments. These range from good things to bad things. Becoming blind, deaf or mute are the bad end of it all. But enhanced abilities are the good side.
The enhanced abilities are not yet known, because this is a new facility and they are just starting out. New and improved abilities might come up in the future with your cat, and/or might develop with later experiments within the facility walls.

Raffle Information
There are three different ways you can get into this metaplot.
REMEMBER: You have to be willing to join the plot if your cat is needed later on. This WILL affect current plots that you have, and you might be unable to RP your cats for a while due to working out kinks in our system.
If you do not like the dis/ability that your cat received, you must remember that YOU were the one to enter them into these raffles.
You may or may not lose kittens in a litter raffle depending on the intensity of the experiments on them. If we have given you a number of kittens, you will be receiving that many. But say you are getting 4 kittens, we might say that 1 died because of the facility.
NO adult cats will die unless the owner wants it to happen. But if they do die, they cannot come back to life. Period.
If your cat has been put in to grow recently they may not join! Only cats that still need RP/have not yet put in a growth form can enter.
Litter Raffle If your cat is having a litter of kittens you can enter them into the raffle for one or more kittens to enter the facility. The number of kittens will be chosen randomly, depending on the litter size. You will find out which kittens are part of the facility once the kittens are born. Example: Say your cat was chosen to have six kittens. Four kittens were rolled into becoming part of the facility. These kittens will have medical bracelet collars with their information and such on them. The other two kittens will not be part of the facility, and instead were taken by humans.
Collared Raffle Do you have a new collared cat that you want in on the facility RP? Here you can enter the raffle to have them be part of the facility, and because of this they will be given a tag and a number that identifies them within the facility. Your cat cat escape or be rescued depending on who is in on the plot with you, and their collared form will NOT be edited to have special tags or anything of the like. Because of Spica's busy schedule Nikui might be able to edit things and figure it out, but for now, the affects on your cat will only be known in their noob form and up. If your cat is entered into this raffle and wins, they will be rolled for an ability, or disability, and a possible small RP of how they received that dis/ability. Some may not get RPs depending on how busy Nikui is.
Anthro Raffle If your cat is already in their anthro forms they can get in on the facility as well. The humans have set traps for even the craftiest cats, and it would be a prize for them to catch something as intelligible as a Novice or Master free collar. Your cat cat escape or be rescued depending on who is in on the plot with you, and their collared form will NOT be edited to have special tags or anything of the like. Because of Spica's busy schedule Nikui might be able to edit things and figure it out, but for now, the affects on your cat will only be known in their other forms[if they have them]. If your cat is already a master there will be a way to edit your cat and show the affects of the facility them. If your cat is entered into this raffle and wins, they will be rolled for an ability, or disability, and a possible small RP of how they received that dis/ability. Some may not get RPs depending on how busy Nikui is.
