Was anyone else disappointed with the way Demonbusters ended, besides our beloved Overseer's cult being defeated? The way Jack stopped it before there was a real ending to the war was so stupid, in my opinion. What do you think?

It was less lame than a quickie reconciliation and "everyone wins!", but yes, was resolved as fast as a comic book story arc that gets a new writer who hates his predecessor's ideas. A brief (3 days?) reign of terror, signified only by NPC Sentinel's PMs and a new banner, would have been humorous, and then Jack could have stopped her.
But I think they did what they could.

I'm glad it ended the way it did. (Besides them becoming mortal.) I would have had some sort of stroke if the Sentinel had TRULY defeated the Overseer. D:

Ehh. Same here. I don't think this is the way some of us expected the event would have ended. It's too sudden, with Jack appearing and quickly resolve the matter. I only like the way they deliver the fact that the worm actually doesn't need anything from them, and that their rivalry is actually in vain.
That should wake them up.

That was all that was good about the ending.

In my profile I posted a shrine to Our Honored Overseer, and 2 symbols. One shows support for Our Honored Overseer's return to godliness, the other is the equivalent for Sentinel. (I wouldn't want Him to get lonely without her). If we can bring this to the attention of Our Honored Overseer and the other gods, with enough people sporting the symbols we might let them become gods again! So please help me with this!
