Clan Info: The Tokkan Clan is known for its extreme cunning and proficiency with Ninjutsu, as well as keeping calm in high stress situations. While not as strong as their cousins, the Kaminari, they are still quite agile and are above average fighters. They require one of your elements to be lightning.

Description: The user creates a clone of themselves that is made out of lightning. Once the clone is destroyed a small pulse of lightning shoots out and will stun anyone who gets touched for one post.

Name: Thunder Storm
Chakra Points: 1400cp
Requirements: Lightning Strike
Description: The user can summon many bolts of electricity, this jutsu can go on as long as the user is able to concentrate, so they must stay still. You control where the lightning strikes, however each bolt is weaker than the individual one in the "Lightning Strike Technique" so it will take more than one strike for it to be deadly.

Description: The user creates a large amount of electricity in his hands and can either shoot it out as a single blast, multiple less powerful blasts, or a continuous stream.

Requirements: Summon Lightning
Description: The user places a hand or finger onto something and they can have a lightning bolt travel through it and strike anything on it. The snake moves as fast as lightning, making it very hard to dodge, however once it strikes at something, you must make a new one.

Name: Lightning Beam Technique

Requirements: Lightning Blast
Description: The user summons intense amounts of lightning to their hand and shoot a straight beam, ranging anywhere from a diameter of 5 meters, to any size they can manage. This blast is incredibly deadly if it makes a direct hit, and can go up to 50 yards away.
