What is the Buddhist's attitude toward marriage, since marriage is a vow to love someone forever which kinda of opposes the idea of impermance, does this mean people really shouldn't expect a married couple to last, that divorce is most likely going to come?

Marriage is only a vow to love someone forever if you're idealistic, or in the Christian ceremony (possibly also Jewish and Muslim, I'm not sure on those ones as I've never been to one). I had a secular ceremony, performed by a judge, and there was no "to the end of time" about it.

As for Buddhists on the whole, I'm honestly not sure what the sentiment is, though I know that attachment to other folk (such as that which marriage will inevitably bring) will make reaching Enlightenment more difficult than for a monk. I suppose, though, that so long as you are aware there's no forever involved, it's a healthy thing and can actually strengthen your practice.
