Appearance: David has short brown hair, green eyes, freckles across his nose and is often seen with a grin on his face. His face is very expressive, one look at him and anyone is able to tell how he is feeling and possibly what he is thinking. He is roughly 5 1/2 foot tall and usually wears jeans or sports gear. His favourite clothes are jeans, shirt, open jacket and sneakers.
Personality: He is a cruiser. He cruises through his writing classes with disinterest, tends to keep away from controversial topics but is always ready to talk. He loves asking questions and will occasionally put his nose where it doesn't belong. His relaxed manner often makes people think he's not bright but in his opinion, he just hasn't found the right topic. Perhaps the notice in the library window is what he is looking for.
History: David grew up with his parents and younger brother. The two boys used to goof around a lot and David always let the kid play sport with him. Growing up, his brother was his best friend, until David's family left for Barton because of some business deal his Dad had. He opted to stay behind and rented out a small unit one suburb over from the Shinigami Library.
He has always been athletic but was never interested in organised sports throughout school and college, instead opting to play friendly games after class. After graduating on average grades he went to college to do a writing course and continued his athletics in his spare time. Lately however, he has been finding his mundane lifestyle rather dull. Finding Jack the phoenix, Aya and the Shinigami library is possibly the most amazing thing he has ever experienced.
Additional Information: David has no special powers other than a strange ability to accept almost anything you tell him (gullible).
