I think everyone here has heard this one a time or twelve.
My answer? I've got an english minor. Probably something with that.
Or "join the air force as a grunt 'cause they won't let me be an officer with a major like mine"

So- what do you plan to do with a classics major? Teach? Double major with something useful and read Cicero on weekends?

We all meandered through our schooling haphazard; so, to God be thanks,

I'm not a classics major, by any means, but the four logical paths that stream from it seem to be:

1. Get a PhD or a MA and teach at college or university
2. Pick up education credits and teach at a public school
3. Pick up social science and law electives and go into law school
4. Pick up science electives and apply to medical school

...it's easy, without too much fooling, to pass for cultured in our ranks. User Image
