An excellent account. I highly recommend it. I wish I still had an email from the 1 year anniversary of starting the War in Iraq from a USMC commander of some flavor.

On CBS (it was on that because we only have rabbit ears on one tv (cable on the others)), I saw Dan Rather walking around talking to soldiers in Iraq. One of the soldiers said "I don't like the fact that we are portrayed as losing" (basically) and Rather looked shocked...good stuff 3nodding

It's not in too visible a place (on the left side of the row of express escalators, to the right of the escalators, facing the pathway in between), but we have a flag presented to our school by the USMC that was flown in Kuwait and Iraq ... I'll post more details tommorow after I get a better look at it.
That, and one of my Introduction to Theatre Arts classmates participated from that very first day in March 2003. xd

It is pretty sad when my uncle had to write us from Iraq and tell me not to watch the news because they weren't reporting the truth.... I am so against the media right now. Fox is proably the only news channel that I watch.
