The reason I made this thread is because Emerald is my favourite Pokemon game and Mossdeep City is my favourite city. The storyline is this: Ever since the incident with Team Magma/Aqua, Mossdeep has been losing citizens that are afraid of future attacks. With the current openings, new citizens are coming in, buying houses. YOU guys are the new citizens. I have already been living there for a while, and I'd LOVE to meet the new citizens. My name is Ryoji in the RP. Have fun! By the way, The Flood/Drought hasn't happened yet!))
Ryoji and Steven were watching TV a few nights after the incident with Team Magma and Aqua. News reporters in Mossdeep were everywhere. Some from every region to hear about this disastrous event. Reporters from Jubilife TV had even come to interview Steven. You see, Steven had fought against The Team Magma leader and an Admin earlier with a trainer named Brendan. After this big shock, most of the citizens of Mossdeep were shocked and were afraid to live there any longer. This was the chance that outsiders had been looking for. People had always lived in Mossdeep and refused to move. Now that they're leaving, the few brave ones who do not fear attacks of any sort, are moving in. Ryoji looked to Steven and said, "Let's train for these newcomers." Steven nodded and they were out the door.

Falion is the new 8th Gym leader in the Hoenn region after Juan went to Johto. Falion did not accept his Gym so he moved his own to Mt. Pyre.
However, Falion does not appear in his gym most the time, while he spends time at his house in Mossdeep City. For now, he has left his Gym, and is hanging around with his friend, Steven.
Falion is always laid back, unless in battle, where he gets all serious like an emo version of Cloud Strife XD. He likes to joke around, and consume time by lowering his opponent's attack, accuracy, and evasiveness.
For now, he's awaiting new arrivals at Mossdeep City.

((Well, duh! This isn't a battle RP, It's a dramatic RP. You can choose any Pokemon you wish. I live with my Gardevoir and the rest of my Pokemon. I mostly keep Gardevoir out because she's the most human-like and well...I never keep her in her Poke Ball.))
