Anyways, my favorite is the "Remote Island Syndrome" arc.

From season 1 I would have to go with Live Alive, the whole episode was just entertaining.

From season 1.5/2 I actually really liked Endless 8, the whole premise of the episodes was so dark.

hmmm... hard one... let me see.. id have to say, the movie xD no really, i love the episode where it had to do with the closed circle and the island. Kyon is pretty protective of Haruhi HAHA that time in the cave was pretty intense. i also like the episodes that spanned 8 episodes (it got annoying but were different everytime) i can tell the difference between the manga and anime for that segment specifically xD

My favourite episode is the "Endless 8 Part 8" because they finally figured out why summer was repeating over 15000 times (Homework).
