I hear it a lot, what does it mean in eniglish? Que lo que? Que lo que ay ma? sea lo que sea? a lo mejor? How does it for into the meaning? and What does it mean?

Que lo que = What's up?
Que lo que hay mañana? = What's up tomorrow?
Sea lo que sea = whatever it is
a lo mejor = Maybe
