I think there should be more hugs,and cookies,and maybe some Metal music with lyrical subjects of Insanity.
Like:
"Welcome Home(Sanitarium)" by Metallica
"Criminaly Insane" by Slayer
"Stone Cold Crazy" by Queen,even though technically they arent metal.
