...reality is clay...The mind is the most powerful thing in the world. Nothing can come close to matching it's strength or it's ability to adapt. Sadly the mind is almost never used to it's fullness, and there is a reason why. If the full potential of the human mind is unleashed anything and everything becomes possible.
Those who have reached this level of awareness and survive are rare. They seclude themselves because of the damage they can do. Such people are called the Imaginary.

Alexander Hellend
Race: Human? Age: 16 Weapon: Anything he wants. Appearance: Alex is narrowed shouldered and not very tall--standing only 5'5". He has black hair and normally, deep violet eyes, which is highly abnormal. They actually change colors often, sometimes separately of each other. His hair and clothes are always black. Even if he puts different colored clothes on, they will turn black as his mind projects his personality to his appearance. Bio: Alexander's inadvertently erased his past was when he became one of the Imaginary. He has no memory the first twelve years of his life, because they never happened, therfeore he cannot restore them. It's as if he was never born. Personality: Alex is a quiet individual. He seems far off at time. but only because he really doesn't know who he is. He quickly befriends anyone and seems to develop an immediate attachment to women, as his subconscious searches for someone to replace the mother figure he destroyed. He is overly trusting in most situations, and has reaped much sorrow because of it. Still, he moves on, trying to discover who, or what, he is.
...and I am the sculptor...

THE IMAGINARY
The Imaginary are powerful race of people, capable of manipulating the fabric of reality using nothing more than their imagination. They can will anything they wish into, or out of existence, and . The stronger their will power the more damage they can cause. The downfall to the power is that it often leads to insanity or self-destruction. The slightest err in judgment could undo the fabric of time and space, so they do not exercise their power to even close to its max potential. They are not a their own true race since they can come from any background or any race of people. The ability cannot be learned, and it is different than magic. If one decides that a something should exist where it doesn't, it will. It is not summoned or pulled from a pocket dimension. It simply appears and exists as if it always did, or vice verse.Their appearance and everything else can be controlled by them. They can also manipulate those with a weaker will, but are completely powerless against those who are of equal or greater strength of mind. The Imaginary are powerful, mysterious, and rare. Rare to the point that they are thought to be nothing more than figment of the imagination.

THE CONCEPT
The original idea of Alexander Hellend and the Imaginary originated in my head a few years ago, but I could never think of a really good way to describe their power without magic. Then I came across the Nightside series and the character "Jessica Sorrow, the Unbeliever." The idea of disbelieving in reality to the point it doesn't exist is exactly what I was looking for the entire time. So I ran with it. If you can disbelieve something to the point it is no longer there, why not believe something into existence? Sort of like how they believed the food into existence in the movie "Hook." The result was a new class of people not bound by the laws of the universe. They aren't invincible and don't mess with things that could end all. After all, with great power comes great responsibility.
