"Meine Ehre heißt Treue... My honor is loyalty..." Please feel free to post questions / comments about anything.Current Condition: - - - ______________________________________ (I'm sorry about the incoming wall of text. I can't summarize for the life of me.) Name: Wilhelm "Willi" Weihrauch Proper Title: SS-Hauptsturmführer Weihrauch Race: Human. (German) Alignment: Lawful Neutral (?) Age: 26 Hair:Colour: Light blondStyle: [Link 1] [Link 2]Eyes: Grey, with a tinge of blue. Height: 6"4 Weight: 188 lbs. Build: Lean, but with a fair amount of muscle tone. Extra: Willi has burn scars on his right arm, shoulder and torso from an incident he'll rarely talk about. He has a few faint scars on his leg from an incident with barbed wire, a gunshot wound to the side, and recently a scar on his right eye from an incident he won't speak of. Personality: Willi is a man of little words. He is reserved by nature, and will only voice his opinion if he is truly angered. He is generally a gentleman and will behave very courteously and politely, as is expected of a man of his rank and profession. He will respect whoever respects him. Willi is a bitter man and may at first seem to be aloof and grouchy, but he is very warm with those who are close to him, and loyal to those who have earned his trust. However, he is loyal to a fault, and so doesn't take betrayal very kindly. He can get vengeful. Though he may seem stoic and controlled, Willi constantly struggles with moral, political, and other questions, and often finds himself in great emotional turmoil. He tends to let feelings pile up until they explode. He tends to hold grudges. Though many may think differently because of his allegiance, Willi is bound by honor and follows a very strict moral code. In the Battledome, this moral code becomes a weakness, because he is more likely to "go easy" on injured and unarmed opponents, women, and young opponents. It is rare that he ever kills an opponent; he often knocks them unconscious, or offers them a drink afterward. Willi is fiercely patriotic. Any insult to his country is an insult to him. What many misunderstand about Willi, however, is his allegiance: he is loyal to his country, and not his government, with which he mostly disagrees. He is so devoted to his country that he'd protect it at any cost -- even if this means giving up his life. Willi takes his role as an officer very seriously, and because of this, he may come off as being uptight. He abides strictly by his codes, and is terribly persistent and shrewd in his fighting. His is a great strategical thinker and can quickly assess a situation and come to an appropriate conclusion of action. He absolutely hates surrendering, both for personal reasons and for fear of execution for cowardice. His aversion to surrender often gets him in a fair amount of trouble and he suffer much more than he should have to. Weapons:Strengths: Excellent shot. Willi has great aim with pistols and sub-machine guns, as well as rifles if he can get his hands on one. He can also throw a grenade pretty accurately. Hand-to-Hand combat (he has the Close Combat Clasp to prove it) Strategy Speed Quick swipes with trench knife Great pain tolerance Endurance Persistence. Could also be a fault. He's in great shape. He's lean but still has some considerable muscle mass on his body. Quick reflexes. Fair defense. Weaknesses: Relative weakness. He's only human. He can only take so many beatings. In this way, he's much weaker than many of his fellow Battledomers. Long-range attacks. Sword-fighting. Close-range weapons, excluding guns and knives. (Clubs, swords, axes, mace, etc.) Magic. Again, he's only human. Heavily armored opponents. Heavily armed opponents. Heavy weaponry. (Axes, maces, clubs, etc.) Technologically advanced opponents. (Any technology invented after World War II) Supernatural opponents. (Spirits, demons, etc.) His morals can get in the way. He's slower to attack women, injured opponents, and unarmed opponents. He is also often hesitant to kill his opponent, which can cost him. Fanaticism. This could work in his favour, but it often gets him into hopeless situations. Anger. Willi is usually an outwardly calm person, but he tends to let emotional problems pile up since he never addresses them. This could result in an outburst which clouds his thinking and makes him more vulnerable to damage, but could also make his attacks stronger. Post Traumatic Stress. Will has been at the fronts for nearly six years, and though he's grown cold to many things, there are still some situations which will completely unnerve him. Anything suggesting these situations will rattle him up and result in loss of concentration, withdrawal, and more vulnerability to damage. Persistence. Willi often doesn't know when to stop, even when he is heavily wounded. He will usually continue a fight until it is clear that he is defeated, or if he comes out victorious. Bodies of Water. Willi never learned how to swim, and his fear of water is made paralyzing because of the many near-death experiences he had during his youth. Relationships:Enemies: Suzy (Snowy Zombie) Allies: Friends / Friendly: Lieutenant Kaokie, Lightning Rivals: Neutral: Alnette (Facade of Enmity), Scribbler, Isaak Kosov (Amiante), Hans Reuter, Ernst Uncertain: Amiante, Emma of Bainbridge

BackgroundUnder Construction(Bullet points for now, will flesh out later. Details subject to change.) Born in Hildesheim, Germany to middle class military family. Raised primarily in poverty due to the Treaty of Versailles. Struggled to become educated but kept in school as long as he could. Aimed to become a musician and writer -- pressured by father, who had by then become alcoholic, to become "manlier" and so abandoned these hobbies for good. Became more ruthless and coldhearted as a result. Became a "trouble youth"; sent to correctional institution for a year or two, where he was yet again subject to beatings and bullying because it was not in his nature to be truly violent. Joined training for Waffen-SS with his brother to bring pride to family. Graduated with top honours from the officer's school and quickly rose through ranks. Deployed to Eastern Front. Is forced to partake in executions and other 'atrocities'. At first is not affected, but then becomes overwhelmed with guilt. War takes turn for the worst. Suffers more casualties and starts to take the blame for the young men's deaths. Is involved in a particularly traumatizing incident which results in most of his scars. Lover dies in bombing of (?). Family dies in bombing of Hildesheim.

Opinion Section:
((The usual disclaimer applies: This is Wilhelm's opinion of your character, not my opinion of your character, or my opinion of you. Keep in mind that his mindset is a bit outdated, seeing as he is a World War II officer. If your character is not on here, then Willi probably hasn't battled them or been around them enough to form an opinion... or I've just forgotten, in which case you should kindly remind me. I might switch the descriptions around just a bit later on.))
Alnette: My first impression of Alnette was not a good one, but eventually I've come to disregard the fact that she is a succubus. After all, she has turned out to be a respectable lady, with fine tastes and excellent swordsmanship. I believe that we have mutual respect for each other, and our duels are amongst my favourites.
Amiante: Ah, Am... He is an excellent fighter, and for the most part a fair fighter. Hand-to-hand, as I like it. But I've mixed feelings for the fellow. At moments I respect and admire him, and sometimes, I even... I even like him... But yet at other moments, I can't stand the sight of the man. He seems to like me, but for what...? I've nothing to offer that he can't possibly get from someone else.
David Tracer: A damn bounty hunter. I've no respect for bounty hunters, and he's no exception.
Der Untergang: Hans Reuter: What a little rascal. He's always dodging blows and hitting you when you least expect it. But, he at least seems to have a code of honor and some respect for his opponents, which I think highly of. And I will admit, he is a extraordinarily skilled fighter. Walter: I pity the boy. He's so young, and yet he's already thrown into war. I can only pray that he returns to his home safely, and soon. Ernst: I haven't seen him much, but he seems to be a very intelligent man. His creations are unlike any that I have ever seen. But I can only wonder if he is using his knowledge for the good of the Fatherland...
Doctor Question / Grey: Enigmatic, indeed. But then again, everyone seems secretive here. I appreciate that he sometimes levels the battlefield by engaging in hand-to-hand with me, but I have yet to form a solid opinion of him. I shall be on my guard for now.
Emma of Bainbridge: Frankly, I despised her at first. For quite some time, she had shown me nothing but complete disrespect, but I expected nothing else from her -- after all, our countries are at war. Nevertheless, we have managed to put aside our difference and are now on much better terms. She is an honorable and respectable lady, and a great intellectual, though I wish that she would learn to rely on something other than magic. But I can only wonder, does she know how this all ends...?
Farkson: I have not had the chance to fight him much, and I do not know much about him, but the young man has an admirable amount of determination and dedication, excellent traits for a warrior. I am suspicious of his seemingly perpetual happiness, however. He must be hiding something.
Lieutenant Kaokie: Lt Kaokie is a like mind that I am glad to be acquainted with. She has a strong code of honour, is dutiful and responsible, and is an excellent officer and fighter. Of course, I was doubtful of her military capabilities at first, but she quickly gave me good reason to respect her. She respects me as well, as a fellow officer should, despite the stigma that may come with my alliance, and for that I am very grateful. She is definitely one that I'd like to get to know better.
Lightning: She seems to have a fascination with my hair. What is so amazing about my hair...? But she seems to accept me for who I am, and I truly appreciate that. It's wonderful that someone sees some good in me when everyone thinks me to be a monster...
Nazynri: Scribbler: Never have I been faced with such a creative opponent. Her style of fighting is certainly not my favourite, as I can only assume that it involves some sort of magic, but I still find myself looking forward to facing her, as it always brings new challenges. She is incredibly witty, quick, and inventive. It is always a pleasure to meet her on the arena. Dust Bunny: The only time I've met Dust Bunny resulted in my choking to death. It didn't leave for much time to make an impression. Box: Box... A talking box. I'm still not too sure if I was just imagining things...
Nyrk Saron: He is a man of great faith and dedication, but I resent that he may look down on me for losing my faith. He seems to know the sins that I have committed, and it makes me very uneasy. I try to leave it in the past... but I can never seem to forget.
Ragdoll: He comes across as a rather devious character. I don't trust him in the least.
Raven: I will admit, the vampire can certainly charm her way to victory, but what on Earth did she do to her breasts? If they get any bigger, I'd think that she stuffed a football into them. I hardly think that seducing men to their deaths is an honorable style of fighting, if it can even be considered fighting at all.
Remus: Hmph. I can hardly say that I appreciated those ... escapades. I've yet to fight him much in his true form, so I cannot form much of an opinion just yet. But I am curious to see just how well the ruler of an Empire can fight... and as well curious about all of that fascinating technology that he has access to.
Stitches: I have no idea what is going on through this woman's mind. She seems to be obsessed with defeating me, and always claims that I am a "Boss Battle", whatever that means. I've come to pity her somewhat, since she has not been successful in defeating me to date.
Varnyte: I am wary of this one. His violence disturbs me, and for the most part, his behavior strikes me as unfitting of an officer. What is he? We wear similar uniforms and speak the same language, but I have the greatest feeling that he is a deserter. What a disgrace, to abandon the Fatherland in time of need... but then again, with the situation as it is, I can't really blame him.
Vii Star: I have only met her once or twice, but she seems to be a rather pleasant person. If I am correct, she is also the owner of the Waning Vestal. A nice tavern, that is.
