This must be complete details about the contest including the rules, how to play and what you feel the winner should receive. Please take notice if the idea is not complete with all of the details to make the contest work, there will be zero points issued. Make sure to lay it all out on the table so to speak. I want you to lay it out as if you were holding that contest and wanted people to enter.
