have you ever reached what you considered to be the lowest point in your life?

I'm hoping it's some point in my past.
On the bright side, there's no where to go but up right?

you seem unsure, is it because you can't consider something the lowest until everything has been experienced or was it just not that profound?
it's possible, i hope i can bring myself back from this soon.

That's basically how I think of it. There's no knowing what will happen in the future.
Plus, if the worst is behind me I can look forward to happier days!

I know what the lowest point in my life was so far, but I'm pretty doubtful that it will be the worst point in my entire life. I haven't really been through any particularly traumatic experiences (*touches wood*) and it's pretty impossible to go through life completely unscathed. I just hope I have better coping skills when the time comes, I guess.
