"Love is blind, but friendship closes its eyes." so.. I noticed that there are rps that use anime pictures and there are some that use real people... which one do you think is better?

To me I don't think it matters. As long as the picture shows the basics of how the character looks.
Since maybe if one uses real pictures, it is like you are stealing someone elses look/picture for your own character. Though that could sound silly.
Where as anime pictures you can make your own. That is if you can draw. The pictures you draw, wether they look real or anime are truly yours. They are truly your character.
But for those who can't draw, can use an anime pictures as a reference. As they write they can describe more of how their character looks with words instead of a picture someone else made or is of someone else.
I dunno...those are my thoughts..

I think it really depends on the type of story.
Like if i am going to be doing a realistic story, school oriented or otherwise then a real person works better then a drawn one. Again it all depends on who my character is, cause i try and find a picture that looks closest to who ever i am playing, some of my characters tend to have strange eyes or different colored hair (Dies or contacts) and that can cause a very long, uneventful search. If the Storyline allows for strange creatures then your not really going to find real people an Anime picture is your best bet.

It's best to use whatever image that goes with the role play.
