So how did everybody's Halloween go? Mine didn't. XD
All our marvelous plans fell apart at the last minute so I ended up staying home and watching terrible movies aaaalllll daaaay and night (not to say that's a bad thing, though, as I quite enjoyed it). We didn't even get a single trick-or-treater this year. :[
I wanted to go to the three haunted house type attractions in my area this year, but things kept coming up every weekend so I couldn't, and then when I was free to go, my friend wasn't. :[
I went to one last year that was AWESOME, but I wanted to check out the others 'cause I want to get a job at one of them next season but I wasn't sure which one I'd like best. BLEH.
But yeah, I just started playing around with liquid latex and special-effects makeup and it would be sooo cooool to have a job like that.
I've been practicing doing some zombie/mutant stuff like this:
Not that great yet, but I'm still getting the hang of it. I've got a pic of what I did to my face too, but I need to get it off the camera first when I'm not busy. : P
So anyhoo, what did you guys do for Halloween? Or if you didn't do anything, what did you want to do?

That's all I really have to say to the picture. It's honestly amazing.
I had no trick-or-treaters either.
But that's a given, I live in the woods.

England is really a land without halloween really. No trick or treating or naything really. It's not a huge festival thing over here. ^^; But that zombiefied makeup thing looks awwwwesome. You should start making a portfolio of stuff you've done with it, costume design and make up and special effects, honestly. I think you'd be really good at it. biggrin

Woah! That's really nicely done Percy! Sorry if I'm necroposting, I haven't been around in about a month and a half. Kick a** job!
My Halloween was okay. There was a Halloween party the day before at my college thrown by the president of some club. It was kinda docile and a little dull. All the guys from The Ritz Lounge (Anime, sci-fi nerd central) were there so there were some guys who made some pretty crazy costumes. I pulled my Lincoln garb like usual. Really predictable music choices and whatnot.
There was a costume contest which no one actually entered into but they just chose people. So the person who won first place "Most Epic Win" just so happened to show up 3 minutes before the places were chosen. Hmmm... Pre-decision much? stare
Apparently after "Most Epic Win" was elected, (Who won a 40$ gift certificate to Best Buy) I was elected as "Most Epic Fail". *Sigh* my prize was a pair of weird plastic noisy tubes from a dollar store. I mean, what the heck ever happened to "Runner Up"? Bah. At least they served free pizza. Plus it was cool to chill with everyone from college. I met this really nice, pretty girl from the Ritz Lounge and got re-acquainted with someone from my ELEMENTARY school. Dang, times fly. There was also some Live Preformance of Rocky Horror Picture Show, but I was just getting much too tired to stay.
Sorry for going on for so long. That was probably the most boring thing you ever read.
