My friend is building a BEWD build that incorporates Totem Dragon with Solidarity, and he wondered if he may be capable of using Precious Cards from Beyond with Totem Dragon to draw 2 cards every time a Dragon is Tribute-Summoned.
Totem's effect states that is can be treated as 2 Tributes. Precious Cards from Beyond merely states that the monster summoned must require two tributes.
So, would he draw?

You do draw 2 as Totem Dragon counts as 2 tributes for a level 7 or above monster.
