The slightly weak female moved through the brush, keeping low to the ground. She almost didn't seem like a wolf at all, instead sniffing through the area and doing what she could to blend in with her surroundings. It had been a long time since she'd seen another wolf.
Each one could sense her weakness and took advantage of that, pushing her around and using her as a punching bag.
After being kicked out of her pack at a young age, the brown femme never really learned how to have inner strength, or to stand up for herself. She could hunt small game, often she picked off of left overs from other hunters. She knew she was pretty pathetic, but it was a way of surviving, at any rate.
It had been a while since her last meal, however, and what she really needed was some sort of lean meat that could give her a fill and keep her body's strength up. It was hard to walk the long distances she traveled on an empty stomach.
As soon as she caught the scent of another, her entire body flinched and she stuck the very end of her nose out of the bush she was currently in, trying to detect if their scent was vicious or not. The last thing she needed was bad wounds with the snow coming in.

He was not the wolf to fear. He was incredibly easy going, and was just out to have a good time. Or at least thats what sounded incredibly appealing to him. He was never the bully type; mother would surely slaughter him should she discover him to be a bully.
He was a momma's boy for the most part, though he had a strong connection with his father as well.
Raised in one of the biggest packs in the area, he was used to others. It was an easy thing for him, socializing and keeping up with others. But some werent so easily persuaded to be friendly. She was lucky it was him wandering upon her, instead of another packmate. He could have some truly mean pack members.
You learned over time, who to stay away from.
His ears flicked fowards at the sound of another. His nose caught her scent, though he wasnt sure that it was indeed a wolf by the look of it. He cocked his head, watching. It smelled like a wolf, but it was so low to the earth, he had a hard time making it out.
"Yo?" He called out, stepping cautiously closer, his muscles ready to push him off should he need to run.
"What are you doin' way out here?"
He asked, trying to lure it out of hiding.

The caution of the other actually made her a little more comfortable. Those who stormed into any situation without fear worried her greatly. She examined his tone carefully and it soothed her a little that he seemed calm instead of highstrung.
"I'm traveling," Came a meek voice explaining, just barely loud enough to be heard from the underbrush. Careful steps made her peek out a bit more until all the way up to her eyes were showing, taking in the sight of the other.
He seemed strong, she thought his pelt was really pretty, though, black wolves had always been interesting to her. His tail made her think of a coon. That brought the fainted of smiles to ghost across her maw before she took a small step backward.
"I didn't mean to bother you.. Is this your territory? I was told this was still part of the freelands." Her voice was a bit louder, wanting to show that she wasn't lying or trying to get into any trouble. She thought they were abandonded freelands, so she could avoid getting into any trouble with anyone. Alphas could be rather harsh from what she learned as a pup, and she had to try to avoid them.

"No, lucky for you, I am outside the packlands and merely wandering." He teased, walking closer to her. He didn't get a feeling of worry, so he felt no need for caution.
Even if there was need for it, she looked like a smaller female, and one that could be easily bested in a fight should one occur.
But the way she held herself, lead him to believe that he would not need to be worried about that.
"And you have not bothered me. I dont think I could be bothered if I tried."
He smiled, his tongue hanging from the other side of his maw as he held his mouth open.
He sat down, closer to her, using it to fling himself on his side as he rested on the earth, his tail thump thump thumping against the earth.
Lifting his head to look at her, he rolled over onto his belly, and smiled at her once more.
"Traveling, huh? Betcha see alot of fun things." He mused, thinking about what she might have seen.
"Name's Tada!"
He said with a nod.

This wolf was so different from the others she had met before. He seemed calm, friendly and open. The exact opposite of her. When he moved to lay on the ground, she flinched a little at the sound before getting even more curious.
If he was acting in this way, surly he was kind enough that she wouldn't have to be afraid of him..
The female very slowly crawled from her place, laying on her own belly in front of him. Her tail gave a hestitant wag, ears lowered a little out of fear. If he moved to fast, she would have to bolt and hide back into the bushes, but for now.. maybe it wouldn't be terrible to have someone around for once.
"Nothing that exciting.. I'm looking for a home, but I have no found a good one so far." Her eyebrows furrowed. What she needed was a place near a strong pack that was also kind, willing to give someone like her scraps so she would survive. But that.. wasn't likely to be happening. Until then, she would keep moving through dessert and rainforrest alike to find just the right place for her.
"There are many wolves. All different colors.. It's very strange to see." She gave a small sniff to take in the other's scent, her tail giving another half wag.

If she wasn't used to different colors, he was sure his pack would give her a heart attack. He was completely positive his pack was one of the..well brightest out there.
"Yes, there are some very bright wolves, and some very dark wolves." He nodded, thinking about it.
"I live in the Agua Azul lands. My alpha is Twist and Wazaam. I am the blood descendant. Fathered by the pair, Shezaam is the child, and my mother."
He nodded, speaking proud of his family.
Though he quickly lost the intelligent random speech with a snort of laughter.
He chuckled for a moment, before he looked at her with a wag of his tail.
"Did you hear how awful that sounds? Geez, How do wolves -talk- like that? That's completely annoying."
He snorted once more in laughter.
"It's a pleasure to meet you. What's your name?"

Xiena nodded her head a few times as she listened to him speak. It seemed like he had a nice pack, being the kin of the Alpha was very useful from what she had learned. He seemed proud nad happy. His laughter and snort made her curious and she felt a smile tugging at her lips despite for her willing it not to.
"Xiena." She murmured softly, her own tail giving another wag at the way he spoke to her--like she was a real wolf. It felt good.
Tada!.. Wazaam, Shezaam? They seemed like quite the family from only their names, but it seemed like even that brought them close together. She couldn't help but be curious about all the things he knew and learned from being in a pack--the things she had craved for since she was a small pup.
"I guess some wolves are just.. really proud." She tilted her head, ears no longer flat and instead twitching around a little to keep track of what was going on outside of their conversation. She always had to be prepared, after all. Couldn't let anyone sneak up on her or something. Maybe she was just slightly paranoid.
"When you come from a strong line, some wolves think that makes you a strong wolf automatically."

"I come from a very strong, big line. We have blood almost everywhere. Luckily mother is a kind mother, and raised us to be strong in the right way."
He nodded, as most of his pack was truly demented and needed help in the ideas and ways.
He hoped with Grandmother Twist left with Wazaam, that Shezaam could unite the pack once more, and keep it strong.
"My pack can be tempermental though, not recommended for nice guys, or girls, like you."
He nodded.
"At least, not until mother takes over. Theres going to be a war soon, wouldnt want to be in something like that, ya know?"
He asked, his face growing serious. He knew his mother would be on the fighting lines, as she was a warrior, a defender.
He worried for his family, in a war that was so pointless when his mother could just take over now..

It was nice to hear him care so much for his pack. That was something she wanted someday. "Tempermental.." She repeated softly, drifting into thought for a moment. It was a good thing she hadn't wondered onto his lands, then, they would be able to hurt her easily.
"Do you know.. of any packs that aren't quite so tempermental?" Her head tilted, looking slightly desperate. She needed a warm den, a good meal and a pack that could accept her. Her heart told her she was most likely asking the wrong wolf, that he would not be able to help her but.. He was also likely the only male that she would dare ask such a thing.
She let her head rest on her paws, eyes finally reflecting just how tired and weak she was, tempted to take a nap right there. It was too dangerous, though, any wolf could come by and kill her with ease if she slept in the open. Most did not go sticking their noses into dens, however.
"A war..?" It sounded dangerous, she wondered if the other would stay safe. He seemed strong enough, but not the type that would fight aimlessly. "I.. do hope that someone like you would not get hurt in such a war, Tada! You have shown me much kindness."

He knew of a pack that was forming, of course only by word of maw. He had heard that the pack dealt with the more.. formal side of things. Order of the Rose had been on the tip of everyone's tongues since it had begun to form.
"I know of a pack, and I would escort you there if you'd want me to. Wouldnt want anyone hurtin' ya, or anything like that."
He grinned a bit, and flicked his tail side to side. He wasnt sure that he was particularly worried for his family, rather than just praying everyting went smoothly.
He knew the war meant Wazaam leaving the pack, and he was sure going to miss his grandpa. Wazaam had made it a point to be close to all Shezaam's pups.
"I cant be hurt, Xiena, thats where youre wrong about me."
He chuckled, sticking up his chest in pride.

A pack that would accept her? Did she hear correctly? His offer to guide her made the smaller wolf nod her head slowly. Tada! was a very kind wolf, she was lucky to come across him.
"Your offer is most kind, Tada! I would very much appreciate it. I would not.. be sure if I could handle approaching a full pack on my own. If you would guide me to the area.. I think that would help me in many ways." Most importantly, her confidence level. No pack would want her if she crawled on the ground and whimpered pathetically.
"As long as you could keep yourself safe on your return trip.." His words about him not being able to get hurt, they brought a real smile to her maw and she wagged her tail a little bit behind her.
"Then I am very glad you are such a strong wolf."

"Dont you worry your little head about me. Im not gonna get hurt anytime soon. Its going to be a few days journey.. And possibly quite a dangerous one. You see we will have to travel past Reign of Terror..One of the most feared packs in existence around here. "
He nodded, not wanting to scare her, but he would be there to defend her anyways. If he had to, he would bring Torrent with them. His uncle had battled quite evil wolves, and RoT had some evil wolves, alright.
"Luckily Akiiki Chibale is a decent enough pack. Though its the pack that we are at war with. Thats when I would not be safe to travel with you."
He smiled at her gently.
"I could find someone to take you the rest of the way at that point."
He nodded, and gave her a smile again, to ease her spirits.

"I owe you so much for all of this." The female smiled softly, her tail wagging a little bit more. "A wolf like me could not do many things, but if you ever need something.. Anything at all." The brown female smiled a little to the other. This was all new information.
The Reign of Terror.. They were feared for a reason, she was sure. She would need to avoid them, as they would easily destroy her and tare her to shreds. That was the last thing she needed.
Akiiki Chibale.. Another pack she had not heard of. The fact that Tada! thought they were decent despite the fact that they were in a disagreement made her think that perhaps they were not bad, either.
Still, she was much more curious about the pack that would take her in. Would they.. really want to? She could only hope that Tada!'s friendly gesture was not wasted.
"I appreciate all of this."
