In fact what makes it extra special is that I brought a Wiccan to the Lord!
Listen to the sad part though...
Before he said the sinner's prayer he told me that he has unforgiveness in his heart to his parents because he loves his mom and hates his dad. Unfortunatly his father got full custody of him and his siblings and he never sees his mom anymore than once a year. There were so many other things that he admitted too and I felt so bad for him. sad
Now listen to the weird part...
I felt so bad the I placed my hand on his sholder so that I could pray for him and then I suddenly was bawling uncontrollably. I tried and tried to regain my composure but to no avail. I took my havd away from his burdened shoulder and I stopped crying almost immidiatly ninja ...weird I thought. I just put my hand back on him again to pray for him and it happened again! eek
Now listen to another sad part...
I now think that if he has so much pain inside of him that when one touches him in the environment and mood that we were in that you would feel his pain too then I could only imagine how bad he must feel inside of him.
now listen to the last part...the happy ending...
HE ISN'T GOING TO HELL NOW! PRAISE THE LORD!

however happy i may be that someone else has been brought to the LORD, i find the poll to be a little pointless. Why should any of us keep a running tally of how many people we've brought to the LORD? It's not good to brag about anything, especially if it is something like this. I don't think someone who converted 1 million people is any better than someone who hasn't converted any people. I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm attacking you, because I'm not. I was only putting my opinion out there. Again, I'm sorry if you feel backed into a corner by my statement, it was not my intent. sweatdrop

PRAISE THE LORD! o0o, yay for you... but you don't know whether or not he would have gone to hell before, though... what makes you think that he would have gone to hell just because he was a wiccan or whatever??? some people never know Christ in their lives because they never get the chance to... but they're still really great people... i think God is merciful enough to let those people into Heaven, too... i might be wrong, but that's just my opinion

I think that is really really really good! I am not sad at all because i only look at the bright side! most of the time...... I think that he will probably be happier now because now he knows that you should be happy with what u allready have! I think u r a very good caring person and I would have tried to do the same! I hope he figures out a way to see his mother more! i will pray for you and him! heart 3nodding blaugh

A joyous occasion but it realy doesn't matter how many people we bring to Christ we are to teach His message to all to plant a seed and hope it'll grownot only that but if you can try to at least get them to question there beliefs then that seed will grow (sometimes rapidly) and break down the hard rough heart they may have and open them to see its not numbers numbers are what man cares for not what Christ does Christ cares for intentions but rejoyces when someone comes to Him so yes not only should you be glad for yourself but for your friend and for the Joy you have given our Adonai, YHWH
later if you can you stay friends and guide them through their troubles and questions first tell them about the Gospels(spiritual milk) and how the New Testament is diffrent than the old and why we don't go by everything in the Old Testament if you don't know pm me but I'm pretty sure someone like you would and then after teaching him of Christ teachings and of the Gospels move to the steak or Creationist Theory and why Christians can't accept the evolutionist theory (if you have ideals against this pm me I'd like to respect the mods wishes and not start flame wars, here) and such deeper things in the gospel but ^.^ yeah this is probably useless cuz you ppl probably know this stuff....^.^

Praised be the Lord! He has used you as an instrument for His glory, bringing a sinner to His feet and giving Him eternal life in the heavens!
Now, about the sad part of the person, he needs to talk with God first, ask Him to help him, and to be with him in such situation. I think you should tell him to talk with his father alone, calmed, in a loving way, and tell him what he feels.
It might be hard for him, I know, but I had the same situation, and I overcame it with the help of the Almighty Lord. I did not have enough courage to talk with my parents, but I had enough courage to write it on five pages, which were later read by them. If he does not feel courageous enough to talk, then let him talk throw writing, and remember:
"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7).
