The office of the leader of the village. In order to enter his office you need permission from the guard in front of the door. The kage of this village is one of the few people who can survive outside of the village without special protection. He is one of the strongest men In the current shinobi world.
Shinsuke, the current kage, visits his cluttered office regularly for paper work, but spends most of his time wandering the town, helping the young ones learn and talking to the locals, he is very well known and respected.

Shinsuke enters his office, holding the door open for tenshu. "All eyes are empty vassels." The guards all around the room leave silently, there is no one.

Tenshu watches as the room empties and then enters silently. Tenshu sits down in a nearby chair and says, "Ok, now I have been examining leads on something that other people suspect to be evil forces; I am unsure of exactly what they are talking about but I will find out". tenshu then sighs and continues to ask, "What are your thoughts on the matter?"

"Who is talking about it?" He sits in his chair and pours two cups of sake. "where is it from?" He drinks his in one gulp and pours himself another, setting the bottle next to his cup. "Recently I've heard a lot of talk about a lot of things, so you must forgive my ignorance." he leans back in his chair.

In a joking manner Tenshu says, "Well, for somebody of your age it is ok to not know something". Tenshu laughs and then becomes serious again and says, "before I came here I was in the grand city and in the streets and parks there seem to be random discussions of something evil". Tenshu leans back in the chair and then continues to say, "sadly none of the conversations I heard went in to detail due to the fact that when I entered the city word spread of a stranger and it was obvious it was me". Tenshu sighs and then says, "what do you believe we should do about this matter?".

Hana led Luna to just outside of Shinsuke's ofice and side. She would only ask Shinsuke for help unless she was desperite and she didn't know anyone else that would be able to help Luna. Sighing heavilly Hana kncoked on the door lightly as all the thoughts of what Shinsuke would say ran through her head.
Luna could tell that Hana wasn't happy with where she was and softly said, "You don't have to do this if you don't want to."

As Tenshu awaited and answer he heard a knock on the door. tenshu jumped up and pulled a sword out of his pack and stood against the wall next to the door and said, "Who is it?". Tenshu was ready for whoever or whatever was on the outside of the door.

Hana didn't want to say anything so she wispered into Luna's ear what to say.
Luna nodded to Hana and then said, "My name is Luna Lithe. I came seeking help from Shinsuke. Are you him?" Luna didn't know that it was Tenshu speaking. After she said waht she said she wispered to Hana, "Go. I can tell you don't want to be here. I'll be fine. Just go."
Hana shook her head and stood next to Luna.

Tenshu put his sword down and opened the door and stepped back to allow the person in and said, "No, I am not Shinsuke". Tenshu then pointed at Shinsuke who was sitting behind his desk and then continued to say, "I am Tenshu Ousama, the sage of the mountains".

Luna nodded to Tenshu and then turned to Hana. "Thank you Hana. You can leave if you want." Luna said softly. When Hana shook her head Luna walked inside. She bowed to Shinsuke and then to Tenshu. "Thank you for letting me me in, Mr. Ousama. Mr. Shinsuke, if you would please hear me out." Luna said feeling nervous. She shifted her hands slightly, that were handcuffed with chakara strings.Hana walked in behind Luna and stood next to her not even looking at Shinsuke. She was still kind of mad at him.

Tenshu laughed when he was called Mr. Ousama and then said, "You don't have to call me that; you can just call me Tenshu". Tenshu then watched as she talked to Shinsuke and noticed the cuffs and said, "Why are there handcuffs on this little girl?!". Tenshu had become slightly angered at the sight of the young girl in handcuffs.

(Just note. Luna is blind and has a blindfold on.)
"Tenshu don't call Luna a little girl. She is the same age as me and I find it very offending that you would think of us as little girls." Hana said frowning. She still wans't in a good mood and having someone her age being called a little girl made her feel like a little girl, which she hated.
Luna smiled at Hana and then turned back to Tenshu. "It's a long story. I was abandoned by my clan into a forest because I was said to have failed at all of my clan's techniques. The ones that allow us to see since we are blind. I survived and found another village, that I curently belong to. I was caught stealing because I didn't have any food or money for food. When I got caught they put the handcuffs on me and left me in a house. being blindfolded and blind they thought that I wouldn't be able to escape, but I did, only to find that the handcuffs were made with chakara strings and had a side effect if they were on for too long. Another of my clan's techniques is to see the future and in the futrue if the handcuffs stay on, I will die. The future is always changing. I wish to change the fate of my death by removing the handcuffs. Hana said that Mr. Shinsuke could help me with it." Luna said calmly. She belived that to get help she needed to tell them the whole story.

Tenshu looked at Hana when she spoke and then calmed down and bit and said, "I am very sorry". Tenshu then turned to Luna and listened to her story and then said, "Well, by the sounds of it you begin put on those handcuffs is a bit much due to the fact that you were taught only to steal". Tenshu turns to Shinsuke and says, "We both know either of us could brake those handcuffs but that decision is not up to me; your the kage". Tenshu sat down again and then continued to look at Shinsuke and said, "It is up to you; decide whether this person dies or lives". Tenshu had become a bit angry again due to the fact that a person would die because of over assumptions.

Luna shrugged a little. "When they left me in the house I could hear them saying something about how I had killed a bunch of people and I was goign to be in jail for a long time. I believe that I was framed. It's not certin that if the handcuffs stay on I will die because like I said earlyer the future is always changing, but I can only see at least a month ahead into the future and I've seen myself die for two weeks so I only have two weeks to get them off or I will die." Luna said softly hoping that they would agree to help her. She didn't want to die.

Tenshu became a bit more angry when he heard the girl mention being framed and said, "When those handcuffs are off i would you and or somebody else to help me find the village that put those handcuffs on you". Tenshu stood and stretched and then said, "I am going to find out what happened".
