Appearance MaryAnne is a pretty young woman, with a mix of a traditional style of beauty and the more striking modern look. She is of rather average height and has the type of body that doesn't make shopping hard. Her skin is fine, like porcelain, and she burns easily if exposed to too much sun; due to the fine complexion of her skin, she also blushes very easily.

Abilities MaryAnne has the gifts of telepathy, empathy (as in, she’s able to pick up on and easily read other’s emotions) and "divine archery."
History MaryAnne is the result of the mating between Michael and a mortal woman, her mother; her mother died while giving birth, so she never knew her. Her uncle – her mother’s brother, a widow by the name of Miguel, who lost his wife and child several years before MaryAnne was born – raised her until he passed away from a gunshot wound to the chest during a drive-by shooting near his workplace in one of the worse places of downtown, nearly three years ago. While he was alive – and before the Government drama – he'd wanted the best for her and had enrolled her in the Grove Academy, where she now excels and dorms. She longs to know her Father better and misses Miguel, but accepts that everything happens for a reason and that one cannot change the past.
Personality & Weaknesses Not always the brightest bulb, MaryAnne has what many would call “a flawed work ethic” and a tendency to forget things and is known for her serious lack of grace. Her empathy makes her extremely emotional, moods changing depending on how strong her control is that day, and is also otherwise extremely sensitive, both physically and mentally. MaryAnne loathes being a burden on other people and tries her best to be helpful, but that doesn't mean she can't be rather spunky when she's feeling right. Sentimental, home is definitely where her heart is and MaryAnne keeps her most precious and memorable belongings by her side in some form or another. Learning quickly to hide her wings, these days she works to find a secluded place to stretch them, at least for a little while. MaryAnne loves to feel free and have fun, often being outdoors or near the largest window of the room so she can see the sky. She's claustrophobic and often breaks down when she's in confined spaces, stressed, being pressured or yelled at.
Talents Competing is an art, an art most girls have perfected to a tee. This girl can compete with the best of them at anything from singing to painting to swimming to running, mostly because she puts all of herself into what she does. Her “divine archery” makes her a natural archer and she feels natural or at ease as she bows the bow, taut string against her fingers before letting fly the glinting arrow toward its target…
