recently, for some reason, my breasts really hurt.
like, its painful to walk sometimes because of them.
i don't have my period and i think i've grown enough, i'm 17.
is it possible they're still growing?

It certainly is possible that they're still growing. Our bodies usually keep growing until we're about 21 years old. But the changes are often pretty subtle at that point, so we don't always notice it.
But your breasts could also hurt if you're pregnant, if your period is coming soon, if you're on hormonal birth control, etc.
